  • Can I update my order after it's been placed?

    We are dedicated to providing the best customer service. If an order has been submitted and you realized you forgot an item or need to make a change, please reach out to us at hello@reunitedbeauty.com. If your order has not been processed and submitted for shipment, we will happily make amendments to your order. Please note that any processing fees or differences in price will be required prior to us officially changing your order.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

  • When will I be charged?

    Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is confirmed and processed.

  • Is Reunited Beauty products cruelty-free?

    At Reunited Beauty, we take the planet and all species very seriously. Reunited Beauty is completely cruelty-free and assembled locally in New York. This means we do not test on animals at any stage of development and only work with vendors who share the same core values and practices.

  • What makes Reunited Beauty different?

    There are many reasons we are proudly Reunited. Our brand was created after many customer interviews to ensure that our product met the needs of our audience. Our proprietary formula is smear-free, it is not tested on animals, hydrates and protects the lips, and our 15 shades are not only glamorous but meticulously created to match all moods, occasions, complexions, and wardrobes. We are dedicated to our customers and so, so appreciative of you.

  • Do you sell Reunited Beauty products in store?

    We are currently focused on e-commerce but can be found in self-stores. Please email hello@reunitedbeauty.com for more info.

  • What is your return policy?

    To return/exchange a Reunited Beauty product within 30 days of purchase: Please write us at hello@reunitedbeauty.com with the subject “Return/Exchange”. Returns are only accepted for unused, new products. Please note we do not provide return labels and shipping/handling charges are not refundable.

  • When can I expect to receive my Reunited Beauty Package?

    United States: Standard: 5-7 business days

    United States (Rush): 2-3 business days

  • Where does Reunited Beauty ship?

    Reunited Beauty currently ships only in the United States.

  • Can I edit my shipping address?

    If you would like to edit your shipping address after having placed the order, please get in touch directly with our external partner or carrier.

  • Can I cancel my order?
