If you don't love it, we don't want to keep your money. Here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day guarantee
Return any product within 30 days of delivery — opened or unopened — for a full refund of the product price.
How to start
Email hello@reunitedbeauty.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
When you'll see the refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Exclusions
Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
